I have a pressing matter about the question that follows the "Do you have any children whose birth parent is not your partner?" to which I need to answer Yes as I have a child.
However, I'm divorced and the child lives the majority of the year with the mum. However, we have an agreement so the child would spend at least 104 nights with me per year, even though the child spent even more nights than that with me.
Though, at the following question "Do any of these children live with you?" should I say "no", because the child stays at the mum's place more nights per year, or "yes" because the child in a way or another spends many nights at mine (having his own room and everything)?
More on this, when we renewed his EU passport, in the form I put my address. Could it be decisive for the "yes"? Though the child is registered at the mum's GP, so there they must have mum's address instead, that puts me again in a status of indecision.
PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS CONONDRUM.
